LTDPoker.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and, thus, to amend this agreement between you and LTDPoker.com at any time with or without notice.
Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being posted on http://www.ltdpoker.com. It is your sole responsibility to review any amendments to this agreement.
You are allowed to have only ONE LTDPoker Player Account. If you attempt to open more than one account, all accounts you have attempted to open may be blocked or closed with immediate effect.
If you suspect that you have more than one LTDPoker Player Account under different names, you must notify LTDPoker.com immediately.
A request to open an LTDPoker Player Account is made by completing our online registration form and submitting it to LTDPoker.com via the website.
You must enter all mandatory information requested into your registration form, in particular, your identity, your address and contact details, including a valid e-mail address, your place of residence, verified payment method being a certified Neteller account, all of which must be true and correct.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct and you hereby decorate and warrant to LTDPoker.com that the information provided is true, complete and correct.
You are hereby notified that LTDPoker.com carries out verification procedures, whether itself or through third parties, and your LTDPoker Player Account may be blocked or closed if you are found to supply false or misleading information.
LTDPoker.com reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity when one of the requirements from our Bonus Checklist is missing.
All bonuses and promotions offered can only be claimed once per person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number, or shared computer environment such as a library, workplace, fraternity, university or school.
Payment of No Deposit Bonuses
All bonuses will only be paid into your Verified payment method associated with your LTDPoker Player Account; this is by default a certified Neteller account. To certify a Neteller account you must have provided valid ID documentation and bank details to Neteller prior to adding the details to your LTDPoker Player Account.
In the event that Neteller is prohibited in your jurisdiction we will allow you to participate in our Bonus scheme via Player Transfer to a Verified and Tracked Poker account where the partner site allows direct Player Transfers. However if we suspect duplicate or associated Player accounts we will offer a instant refund bonus which can be paid to your moneybookers account.
The Refund bonus will only be paid once we have received confirmation from the related partner site of a successful deposit up to the maximum initial refund bonus of $30 / �25 as applicable.
Withdrawal of bonus funds from your poker account
All bonus payments made to your LTDPoker Player account must be cleared prior to withdrawing any funds from your Player account. (See LTDPoints Rewards Programfor bonus play requirements)
LTDPoker.com reserves the right to withhold any bonuses awarded to you if previous bonuses have not been used within 4 weeks from the date when they were awarded and when the points are below the required level.
Your Obligations as a LTDPoker Player
You hereby declare and warrant that:
You are over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the laws of jurisdiction applicable to you and, under the laws applicable to you; you are allowed to participate in the Games offered on our website and associated partner websites.
You participate in the Games on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;
All information that you provide to LTDPoker.com during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and that you shall immediately notify us of any change of such information;
LTDPoker.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and rules for the LTDPoker.com LTDPoints and related Rewards Program at any time, e.g. change the parameters for calculations of Points etc�
LTDPoints Rewards Program
You are automatically a member of the LTDPoker.com LTDPoints Rewards Program. As such you will earn points when playing poker for real money.
All bonuses paid to you as No Deposit Bonuses, Player Sponsorship or under the LTDPoints Reward Program require you to play poker or casino for real money in order to clear the bonus.
Every $1 of bonus paid to you requires at least 1 LTDPoint of play at the partner site you signed up to via the website. If you fail to reach the required LTDPoints level or withdraw the bonus prior to clearing a bonus paid to you, we reserve the right to suspend / withdraw any additional promotions or incentives offered by LTDPoker.com and its associated websites.
All LTDPoints earns are based on the sum of poker rake, tournament fees and casino losses � casino wins and bonuses paid by LTDPoker.com and its partner sites either directly or in directly into your player account.
LTDPoker.com reserves the right to change the promotion and withhold the promotion amount at their sole discretion.
Refer a Friend Bonus
You shall also receive Refer a Friend Bonuses by referring friends to LTDPoker.com and its associated partner websites, when the referred friend has earned a predetermined level of LTDPoints you will receive any bonuses paid directly into your verified payment account associated with your LTDPoker Player Account.
All referred friend must be new to LTDPoker.com and must not already have an account at LTDPoker.com under any other names or alias. The �Refer a Friend program� is to be enjoyed as an extension of a guest's playing experience, and should be enjoyed as such. LTDPoker.com reserves the right to review any guest account to ensure that the program is used in the spirit it was designed. Those found to be abusing the program will be welcome to continue playing, but will not be eligible for further Referral bonuses.
LTDPoints will be updated every 24 hours. All necessary information regarding number of earned points will be shown in your LTDPoker Player profile.
You hereby acknowledge and consent to LTDPoker�s processing your personal data for the purposes of allowing you access and use of the website and in order to allow you to participate in LTDPoker.com to provide ancillary services to you.
If you breach any provision of these terms and conditions or LTDPoker.com has a reasonable ground to suspect that you have breached any or our policies. We reserve the right to suspend or close Your LTDPoker Players Account.
All decisions made by LTDPoker.com regarding the account and bonuses are final.
