CD Poker Deposit Bonus
CD Poker Deposit Bonus are paid in $10 increments (1,200 points) and awarded instantly upon completion, which is very good. There is a 90-day time limit to reach the required hands. For each played hand with a raked pot a player earns 1-15 points (higher accumulation is possible for players based on their VIP level).
Points are awarded as follows for new players: 25¢/50¢ rake earns one point, 51¢/$1.00 rake earns two points, $1.01/$1.50 rake earns four points, $1.51-$2 rake earns six points and $2.01-$3 rake earns eight points. For each $1 in tournament fees 15 points are awarded. A player will receive $5 of the bonus for every 600 points earned.
CD Poker Loyalty Rewards
There are consolation jackpots for high hands and bad beats to go with the limitless sit-and-go jackpots (see above.) CD Poker gives you an easily cleared $50 bonus for each friend you deliver.
CD Points are offered to loyal members. It is based on the rake which you generate, and we recommend that you play at stakes of $0.5/$1 or more to take care of the special offers. CD Points can be used for special VIP freerolls as well as reload bonus offers.

CD Poker Games Variations
CD Poker offers the usual game variations with all the basic game variations: Texas Holdem, Omaha High, Omaha High-Low and Seven Card Stud – with the usual forms of fixed-limit, no-limit and pot-limit. As an exotic alibi, there’s also a venue for Five Card Stud games.
Table stakes range from 1¢-2¢ up to $100/$200 in pot-limit and no-limit games, while fixed-limit games are played at stakes between 2¢/4¢ and $300/$600.
CD Poker Player Traffic
Being a rather young site in an established network, CD Poker’s 8,200 real-money cash game players at peak hours (January 2008) is very decent, and virtually guarantees you a game according to your preferences. As with most other online poker rooms, you will find Texas Hold’em players at most tables, and CD Poker is no exception. More than 3500 players are connected during peak hours. Unfortunately, it can become difficult to find your table at medium and high stakes if you play.
The rake at CD Poker is a pretty standard 5% rake up to $3. On some tables the rake cap is lower, though, and there’s a no-flop no-drop policy. Micro-limit games are rake-free, making this a great site for the true newbie grinder
As with most sites there is a bias towards limit / no-limit hold’em, but numbers for pot-limit Omaha are also quite reasonable. Games range from micro-limits all the way up to $50/$100 frequently for No Limit Hold'em.

The graphics are appealing, bright and very clear. In fact, it could very well be the most good-looking graphical 2D table and lobby of all online rooms plus 3D avatars.
